I am a recent graduate in the field of Broadcast Journalism and Photography from Florida A&M University applying for any media or communications position where my talents can be used to their full capability. I have hands on experience with Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, ENPS, Microsoft Office and Television News Announcing. While holding the position of floor director within in a newsroom, I have gained ample knowledge about how to properly operate studio cameras and how to upload news/sports content to the web. I have served as a reporter in the field and gained experience as a cameraman. All shooting and editing of packages are done by myself solely. I have reported story ideas ranging from hard news, soft news, sports, lifestyles, and feature stories. I believe I possess the skills and abilities needed to become proficient in any broadcast capacity while serving as an asset to your company.

Throughout my college matriculation I have developed a true passion for photojournalism. I have recorded and photographed on-campus activities, community meetings, political hearings and organization events. Something I pride myself on is story-telling through images. The match of audio and visual details is an important element I focus on as a videographer/editor. I also have experience anchoring for newscasts.

I understand that I still have room to grow and I am willing to learn everything required in order to perform in the workplace. I am a great communicator, dedicated and open-minded.
